  • Responding to inquiries from policyholders, certificate holders, advisors and head office staff
  • Liaison between policyholders and head office staff with complex administrative or claims situations
  • Provide support to our Group Marketing Managers
  • Create contract amendments and specialized employee notices
  • Co-ordinate and maintain high levels of policyholder service which includes:
    • Developing and maintaining relationships with group plan administrators
    • Hosting benefit installation meetings at our client’s offices
    • Delivering employee benefit presentations
  • Schedule weekly client service visits


  • Five years of prior experience with group, life and health products is preferred
  • Group Product knowledge is essential
  • Knowledge of government plans as they integrate with group plans
  • Post-secondary education and training in a related field
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Sound knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in a team environment
