Job Status
Temporary, Full Time (9 month contract position)

Accountabilities:

  • Organize, prepare, scan and validate all original documents for Individual Life, Savings and Retirement and Group Claims
  • Carefully prepare all documents ensuring a quality scan
  • Validate/Index the images ensuring accuracy on data entry
  • Prepare all Individual Life Contracts (sorting, Q&C, and binding) to be mailed out to clients
  • Be available for overtime during peak times, if necessary
  • Assist with all mailroom functions
