As an Equitable Life®
Plan Member, you can now take advantage of environmentally-friendly
E-Solutions which will help you get faster access to your claim
information and payment.
Your Innovations Plan Member Web Services site allows you to
easily sign up for the Electronic Explanation of Benefits (EOB)
service and Direct Deposit Payment E-Solutions. These E-Solutions
reduce the amount of paper we produce when paying claims and give
you access to your benefit information in a secure, online
environment.
Electronic EOB will send an automatically generated email
notification telling you that your most recent claim has been
processed and that you can go to EquitableHealth.ca to view the
details of the claim. Direct Deposit Payment allows you to add or
update personal banking information which enables us to deposit the
claim payment directly to your bank account, meaning you get your
money faster.
If you are currently using your Innovations Plan Member Web
Services Site, links and instructions for these E-Solutions
are available on your Innovations Plan Member Web Services Welcome
Page (Want an immediate notification that your claim
has been processed? and Want your money
faster?).
If you are not currently using Innovations Plan Member Web
Services, have your Equitable Group Benefits Wallet Card or
the certificate provided to you by your third party administrator
handy and visit EquitableHealth.ca®. Click on Activate
your account (just below the User Name and Password boxes)
and follow the simple Activate Account wizard. Once you have logged
into the site, click on the Plan Member Tab at the
top of the landing page or the Innovations Button.
This will take you to Plan Member Welcome Page. Click on the
Want an immediate notification that your claim has been
processed? and/or the Want your money
faster? links at the top of the Welcome Page
to sign up for E-Solutions from Equitable Life.
