Innovations® Advisor Web Services site at EquitableHealth.ca
®. This site is designed to compliment and support the
service our Group Marketing Managers and Regional Sales office
provide.
This 'innovative' web services site offers our Advisors:
- Online health and wellness solutions that Advisors can use to
assist their clients in workplace productivity efforts or for their
own personal or workplace benefit;
- The ability to support their Equitable Life block of business
by providing the opportunity to view the same policy, document,
booklet and certificate information as their clients on a
group-by-group basis; and
- Exclusive access to claim, experience and utilization reports
for their groups so they can properly analyze trends and patterns
at a group or divisional level.
An Innovations® Quick Reference Guide is
available after sign in to walk Advisors through the more commonly
used features of their site. A detailed Innovations User Guide is
also available online for Advisors who wish to explore Innovations'
more advance features. All web services are also supported by
accessible Equitable Life staff who are available to help with any
technical concerns or questions.
