Key Functions:

  • Investigation of inappropriate or potentially fraudulent claims and taking proactive measures against fraud, recovering money and reducing future losses for policyholders
  • Provide customer service for all claimants, policyholders, providers etc
  • Provide education and training for staff in other areas of the group division

Frequent Qualifications Include:

  • Previous claims experience
  • Degree in a related field would be a definite asset
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
