Key Department Functions:

  • Administering and accurately processing Group policy premiums
  • Ensuring that employees and eligible dependents are accurately enrolled for coverage and that the benefit coverage is administered in accordance with the terms of the policy
  • Ensuring that optimal customer service is provided to all customers, including policyholders, insured employees, Independent Producers, Group office staff, colleagues and management in Head Office by maintaining a solid knowledge of industry legislation, Company practices, products and Group contracts

Frequent Qualifications Include:
