July 29, 2013 - Equitable Life announces the expansion of their portfolio of
digital solutions with the enhancement of EZClaim® Online.
EZClaim Online will provide Plan Members with greater
choice and convenience while maximizing administration efficiency.
Plan Members can anticipate payments in as little as 24 hours and
certain expenses will be available to view online within minutes of
submission. Norma Crouse, Assistant Vice President - Group

that meet the needs of our customers today and into the

Plan Members simply sign in to their Equitable Life account and
complete the cascading form to submit health and dental claims on
the secure and encrypted website. EZClaim Online leads the
Plan Member easily through the claim submission process by
requesting relevant information specific to the type of claim being
submitted. It also offers timely 'how-to' information and helpful
definitions of commonly-used terms to assist with claim
submission.
Equitable Life continues to uphold its strong commitment to
preventing and deterring fraud, and follows the same robust
anti-fraud measures for EZClaim Online submissions as for
any other type of submission. Equitable Life's team of expert
adjudicators and sound technology manages fraud to contain costs
and maintain sustainability of their Group Benefit plans.
EZClaim Online is a great addition to the popular
EZClaim Mobile. The app now accounts for over 25% of claim
submissions since its release in the fall of 2011. Equitable Life
anticipates similar user adoption and submission impact for
EZClaim Online.
